Heating Oil Plans
Budget Plan:
With our Budget Plan, you are able to spread out your heating bill over 12 equal payments. Customers always get .10 off per gallon our lowest price that day.
Fuel Savings Plan:
Our Fuel Savings plan enables you to send in a payment of whatever you want each month. Whenever you get a delivery, all you need to do is pay the difference. Customers always get .05 off per gallon on the Savings plan

From coal operation to trucking companies, from manufacturers to construction contractors, we provide only the highest quality petroleum products to meet their needs.
With our 24 hour service, 7 days a week, we customize our delivery service to meet your individual needs. For your record keeping and cost analysis, we provide metered delivery slips at time of delivery, indicating product and gallons delivered. Several payment plans are available including all major credit cards.
Related products are available including tanks, pumps, fuel additives, and lube oils. Tank and pump rental is available as well as truck rental for your larger jobs. Belmont specializes in on-site fueling of construction equipment and has programs for out of the area companies.

Belmont Carson Petroleum is an unbranded fuel distributor with supply agreements with all of the major oil suppliers, enabling us to ensure you the best possible price available that day.
Belmont Carson Petroleum serves many local service stations in the Ohio Valley with all grades of gasoline, from non ethanol to E85 and everything in between. We also deliver on-road diesel, off-road diesel and kerosene products. Tanker and tank wagon delivery is available from 500 to 8500 gallons. Buying directly from the refinery daily ensures the highest quality petroleum products to meet your needs.
